SUGAR PECANS

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 1 EGG WHITE
  • 1 TBSP VANILLA
  • 2 1/4 CUPS OF RAW PECANS
  • 1/4 CUP OF WHITE SUGAR
  • 1/4 CUP OF BROWN SUGAR
  • 1/4 TSP OF SALT
  • 1 1/2 TSP O CINNAMON

WHAT TO DO 

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 225
  2. PLACE PARCHMENT PAPER ON BAKING SHEET
  3. IN A BOWL, COMBINE EGG AND VANILLA. BEAT UNTIL FLUFFY 
  4. FOLD IN THE PECANS UNTIL COATED EVENLY
  5. SPREAD THE MIXTURE ON TO BAKING SHEET
  6. COMBINE SUGAR, SALT AND CINNAMON INTO A SHAKER OR CUP WITH LID. DUST THE PECANS EVENLY WITH SUGAR MIXTURE.
  7. BAKE FOR 1 HOUR, TURNING ONCE. COOL ON PAN, STORE IN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER.
