WORKOUT // SHED FITNESS APP
I’m coming to you on this Friday morning from SHED GROUP FITNESS with co-owner Amzie Williams, and we have something I really think you’re going to like! But let’s rewind for a second, so I can give you a little context…
I’ve been working out at SHED ever since I moved to Nashville, so I guess it’s been around 3-4 years (minus one small hiatus) and I’ve never seen such obvious results. Their trick is that they switch the work out up EVERY TIME + EVERY DAY. Seriously, I’ve never had the same workout twice, which is a big reason I haven’t gotten totally burnt out yet. If I know that I’m going into a workout that i’ll hate, it’s that much harder to go. Here it’s a SURPRISE every time. Thank goodness, cause I’d probably run out if I knew what was coming.
I’ll let the video do the talking, but just know these work outs really do make me a better wife, mom, friend, and business woman. So back to the thing you’re really going to like…SHED launched an app earlier this Spring called SHED OTC and next week you will be able to get several featured workouts from me! I’ll be busting all kinds of moves and covering upper body, lower, body, arms/abs, shoulders. Workouts will be available Monday 9/24 - Friday 9/29!
