Store Policy

  • Items can be returned for exchange or store credit only. We cannot issue refunds. All merchandise for exchange or store credit must be received within 90 business days with a receipt. Anything purchased at a discounted price is final sale and not eligible for return.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition. This includes original tags still attached, clothes unworn & unwashed, smoke, deodorant + perfume free. All items must include original packaging and be in presentable condition to be eligible for exchange or store credit.
  • You cannot purchase a store gift card with store credit. 
  • All store credit purchases are final sale. 
  • Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Any signs of wear to the shoe or a damaged shoebox will make them ineligible for return.
  • The following items are final sale: 
    • Intimates
    • Paper Products (once opened)
    • Seasonal Items
    • Hats / Hair Accessories
    • Revision / Medical Grade Products
    • Sale Items
  • We are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions/discounts. Adjustments cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated. During promotions, please make sure your discount is applied to the order total prior to completing the order.

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks, cash, or money orders. You may also use a Living with Landyn gift card or store credit to pay for your purchase.
