The role:

+ Treat every customer like a best friend in providing meaningful knowledge on the product and brand.
+ Maintain merchandising guidelines, keep the store and stockroom straightened and organized.
+ Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
+ Maintain all safety and security standards and identify, communicate potential issues.
+ Participate in store events and special customer experiences to drive customer experience and sales.
+ Embody our culture and values through a high degree of self-accountability. 
+ Take direction from the leadership team.

Requirements:
+ Prior retail experience a plus.
+ Experience in retail POS systems a plus.
+ Knowledgeable about retail trends a plus.
+ Ability to  work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store.
+ Ability to multitask, set priorities and work well under pressure.
+ Comfortable standing for shifts; Ability to unpack and lift boxes up to 30lbs for inventory as required.
+ Ability to socially interact with customers, employees and business partners inside and outside of the store environment.

RETAIL  ASSOCIATE

About you:
+ You have passion for the Living with Landyn brand, fashion and home decor.
+ You have fantastic interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
+ You’re a strong leader who likes to roll your sleeves up and pitch in.
+ You fix things that you can see need fixing; Identify problems and find solutions.
Desire to treat every customer like a best friend.

The role:
+ Treat every customer like a best friend in providing meaningful knowledge on the product and brand.
+ Support and manage the retail store’s daily activities and ensure they are in alignment with company goals.
+ Lead retail team management. Manage schedule, organize team events, hire, terminate and train store associates. Hold weekly team meetings and team communication. Performance reviews.
+ Develop and maintain training processes to deliver above and beyond customer experience.
+ Lead sales and inventory management. Set and manage sales goals, track team performance, analyze sales data. Work with Purchasing team on inventory needs and warehouse drops.
+ Manage building communication and general maintenance like cleaning and security. 
+ Develop and lead store events, promotions and special customer experiences to drive customer experience and sales.
+ Embody our culture and values through a high degree of self-accountability acting as a model for all team members both internally or externally.
+ Work with Visual Merchandising to add value to the customer experience.
+ Maintain merchandising guidelines, keep the store and stockroom straightened and organized.
+ Reports to the Director of Operations.

Requirements:
+ 1-year minimum of management experience within a retail environment. 
+ Experience in retail inventory and POS systems, Shopify and Google Sheets.
+ Knowledgeable about retail trends and how merchandising can impact the business.
+ Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced store environment.
+ Ability to  work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store; Attend evening and weekend events as needed.
+ Ability to multitask, set priorities and work well under pressure.
+ Comfortable standing for shifts; Ability to unpack and lift boxes up to 30lbs for inventory as required.
+ Ability to socially interact with customers, employees and business partners inside and outside of the store environment.
