I am so excited to be able to share with you more information on my built-in bookcase project that my sweet father-in-law, AKA Mister, built for me last month.
Ahhhh, THE KITCHEN.... the heart of your home. The place everyone likes to hangout, life-central, where you feed your family and where everyone seems to drop their junk and leave. Ha! Who are these people and why must they completely destroy the one room in my house I need to have function efficiently. And since I spend so much dang time in here, I'd really like it to look pretty too. Which is why I thought this post would be a good one, and keeps on with the theme of the year, Making Pretty Choices.
Ever since leaving the Bahamas, I’ve done everything but buy a plane ticket to get me back. You guys, that place is pure heaven!
The Landing Inspired Avocado Toast - I mean this thing was so good in the Bahamas that I had to bring it back home. Who needs a shirt? Give me a recipe, and I am ready. I usually get this with a side of Ricotta pancakes of course.
Do you shave your face? Wait, what Landyn?! Yep, I asked it because I’ve been shaving my face for 2 years now. I’ll never go back to the peach fuzz days and I’m here to bust all those myths you’ve heard.
First things first, let me say this…I am NOT a beauty blogger. I'm just a girl trying to get by in the morning while adding a little glam here and there. So yes, I know that sometimes I may not be applying the eyeliner in the “correct” way or I may be putting concealer where concealer isn’t needed, but hey…it works for me and I am just here learning all the things with ya!
You guys already know that white is my favorite color, so when it comes to fashion…well you can about imagine what my closet looks like….no shame guys, no shame. White is literally ALL THE THINGS….have you seen my new store floors?! I mean.
With summer right around the corner, a nude anything is a MUST. I am talking shoes, tops, lipgloss, home decor, you name it, I love it. There is no better color to ring in the spring time, and let me tell you, I can’t get enough of it.

Landyn! I love love love your gift guides! Came to your show in CLT and had a blast! Just wanted to give a little heads up – my husband and I own the "What Do You Meme?" game and it’s definitely not young teen appropriate. We played it this summer at the beach with my parents and I was borderline mortified LOL! Tons of cussing and lots of graphic sexual references. Don’t get me wrong – we died laughing playing the game – especially when my mom had to read an inappropriate card out loud EEK! Just wouldn’t recommend it… Read more »
Ah, so sorry!! Thank you for catching. I just replaced the item.
Landyn is crushing the gift guides but I second the "What do you meme?" is not for teens. I know we always buy what Landyn recommends but this might be the only one to question for teens, it is perfect for a friend. It is super fun to play with adults.
So sorry about that! Just replaced 🙂
I purchased the backpack for Stella (who is now 13-can you believe it) for her birthday and the Spike Ball for Trey (who is 10) for Christmas from my parents
Love love love it!
I got my son the basketball and the virtual reality headset and got my daughter the backpack and the cute fluffy chair for Hannukah and I may have scored the maximum about of mom points!! They were so surprised and grateful! Thank you so much Landyn!!
Ummm… so a lot of the things on the gift guide are great! However, I know that my teenage daughter would enjoy a good amount of the “boy” items and I’m wondering why everything is so based around the gender because not all girls have the same interests…
Great point, my daughter also loves some of the “boy” items as well. I guess I was just trying to group the gifts. Kinda like I do “gifts for him” or “gifts for her”
