On today’s episode, I sit down with my friend and trainer, Kevin Klug of Klug Fitness – a mobile-style fitness business that takes the excuses out of it and comes to you! Kevin is the one you’ve seen on my Instagram during quarantine kicking our butts into gear and giving us a good sweat!
He is also a trainer to the stars. Think Lady A, Sam Hunt, Luke Combs – just to name a few! And today, Kevin spills the beans on what it was like to be on the road with these guys personally training them every step of the way.

What I enjoy so much about Kevin’s fitness philosophy is that he makes work outs simple. Let’s not get that confused with easy – because they are certainly anything but that. But he really believes that everyone is an athlete – that you can really surprise yourself of what you are capable of if you continue to show up and train hard. He gives us those best tips + tricks for focusing on your legs as well as what to do for those toned arms (this exercise is actually my LEAST favorite).
