Get ready for a week all about FITNESS + HEALTH! On today’s Hey Landyn i’ve invited Rachel Devries to join me…in bed. Yes, this is becoming a thing! But seriously, let me start by saying friends are just the best. I have met so many wonderful people through my friends and Rachel Devries is one of those people. This boss lady will whip you into shape everyday. She is a personal trainer, food coach, and owns Wayfit Nashville. Not to mention she is a mom of two (just to name a few of her many hats). She trained me over the summer and really got me through my funk when working out was the last thing I felt like doing. I really owe getting back to a routine to her. She does SO much for me and I know she’ll do the same for you, so we’re kicking this fitness + health week off by hanging out with her as she tells us more about that healthy lifestyle that she has mastered. Here we go!



Rachel is starting registration for her “Not So Whole 21” today, a program that she created to teach you what it really means to eat “clean”. This 21 day journey provides daily motivation, coaching and encouragement, clear guidelines about what you will choose to eat and avoid, meal ideas and recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and even snacks!
