I’m really proud and honored to bring you our guest today, Tierra Haynes!
Tierra and I started chatting it up on Instagram when I saw a DM come through from her and it truly was an instant friend connection from the start.
Tierra is founder of her brand: Mommy on the Move, podcast host, wife, and mom to three boys. I just love her tagline, ‘because life doesn’t come with a manual, it comes with a M.O.M.’ – I’m sure all the moms out there can relate.
In my conversation with Tierra, we dive right into the current climate of racial reconciliation, how to make this not just a moment, but a new norm, how to best serve one another, and – of course- what she’s making for dinner tonight.
My hope and heart for this episode is to shed light on stories and realities of women of color, and to not be ‘color blind,’ but to see color and celebrate it. And, I believe this conversation is a really good start for exactly that. We are all learning together. Because when you know better, you do better (Maya Angelou).
