This is that go-to dressing you need for any salad, that will keep your salad healthy and also give you that burst of flavor you are looking for! So many times I feel like the dressings that I love are not adding any health to my salads, but pretty much decreasing how healthy it actually is! This dressing is the perfect balance, and is now a constant in my fridge.
- 1/4 c extra virgin oilve oil
- 1/4 c fresh lemon juice
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh oregano
- 1 tsp chili flakes
In a glass mason jar mix all above ingredients together. I like to use a wisk. Dressing will keep in fridge for a week or more, but I don’t think it will last that long. Yum!

If you add the olive oil AFTER shaking /whisking together all the other ingredients, it will emulsify. Upgrade! 🙂
