Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 6 Tbs light brown sugar
- 1 orange- 1 tbs fresh juice + zest
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 15 oz round brie cheese
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup pecan pieces
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- crackers + bread for serving
Instructions
- In a saucepan mix cranberries, sugar, orange juice and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook for 15 minutes or until cranberries have popped an mix together.
- Preheat oven to 425°F, slice off the top rind of the brie and set to the side
- Unroll your puff pastry and put your cranberry mixture in the center, then place brie on top
- Cut + fold over corners of the puff pastry to the shape of the brie
- Bake for 10 - 12 minutes until the pastry is golden brown
