CREAMY CHICKEN | CROCKPOT RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 3-4 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 8 OZ Cream Cheese
  • 10.5 OZ Can Pacific Food Cream of Chicken Soup (our favorite)
  • 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream OR Whole Milk
  • 1/4 ts Onion Powder
  • 1/4 Garlic Powder
  • Salt + Pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, heavy cream + seasonings.
  2. Mix together with hand mixer.
  3. Pour over chicken - Add sprig of fresh thyme to the top.
  4. Put on low for 6 -8 hours
  5. Enjoy!
