- 3-4 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 8 OZ Cream Cheese
- 10.5 OZ Can Pacific Food Cream of Chicken Soup (our favorite)
- 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream OR Whole Milk
- 1/4 ts Onion Powder
- 1/4 Garlic Powder
- Salt + Pepper
- In a bowl combine cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, heavy cream + seasonings.
- Mix together with hand mixer.
- Pour over chicken - Add sprig of fresh thyme to the top.
- Put on low for 6 -8 hours
