  • 2 tbs garlic olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, smashed

Love this! My daughter is begging me to make these but when do you use the garlic in this recipe? Just don’t want to screw it up!

The directions don’t say what to do with the garlic and olive oil. Do you just drizzle with olive oil before baking? What about the garlic?

Just an FYI- you list garlic and olive oil in the ingredients but don’t include them in the recipe directions. I realized this as I was making them and just drizzled the oil over the Brussels in the pan, crushed up the garlic and sprinkled it over the sprouts, then seasoned with salt, pepper and finished with the cheeses. Yum!
