Steve made these the other night and they just hit the spot! I don’t know about you, but this last week about SMASHED me – but I got to say… a glass of vino + these tatters Steve made, brought me riiiiiiiight back! Here is how he did it 🙌🏼

SMASHER TATTERS RECIPE

Ingredients

  • Baby Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • Olive Oil
  • Chopped Thyme
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Place in pot, cover with water and boil for 20 minutes
  3. Drain and pat dry
  4. Place on sheet pan, smash down with bottom of a glass (works good)
  5. Top each with a little olive oil, salt and pepper, chopped thyme, and parmesan cheese
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until desired crispy-ness! (Steve used our pizza oven, but oven works perfectly too)
