Ingredients
- 5 can Showboat pork n beans
- 2 cans Rotel
- 1 Diced green pepper
- 1 Diced onion
- 1 tb of garlic powder
- 1 Cup ketchup
- 1 tb mustard
- 1 tsp of Tabasco or more if you like it hot
- 1 Cup brown sugar
- 5 slices of cut up bacon
- Salt + pepper to taste
Instructions
- Total cook time: 2 hours
- Preheat oven to 400
- Combine all ingredients in a deep casserole dish
- Cover with tinfoil
- Cook for 30 minutes
- Turn down to 375 and then uncover it for 1.5 hours
