- 4 oz brie cheese
- 1 ripe pear, chopped
- honey for drizzle
- 1 pkg mini phyllo shells
- fresh thyme springs
- Fill each cup with brie cheese.
- Top with a few pieces of chopped pear.
- Drizzle with honey.
- Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes or until cheese melts and pear softens.
- Remove from oven and top with a few fresh thyme leaves.
