Ingredients
- ½ medium avocado
- 3 tbls. Low fat mayonnaise
- 3 tbls. Low-fat yogurt
- 1 tbls. Water
- 2 chopped scallions
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbls. Chopped basil
- 1 tbls. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbls. chopped fresh tarragon
- 2 tsp. Lemon juice
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1- In a blender or food processor, combine the first six ingredients, puree until smooth.
- 2- Add basil, parsley, tarragon and lemon juice until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
