I’m so inspired by my BFF Ashley–she’s been on a fitness and lifestyle journey and I’m just so proud of her. Looking AMAZING. (You can also listen to my podcast with Ashley here!) She shared with me this little protein shake recipe that I’m making everyday. You can mix up all of the dry ingredients and simply scoop out each morning with some fresh ingredients and throw into a blender. I mix everything in a large batch to store in a large glass container on my kitchen counter or you can make as you go in an individual serving. I’d say it lasts about 30 days when I’m using it on an average of 3 times a week. I’ve added recipes for both below! Easy peasy and yummy! Great for a post-workout or to get your day going. ENJOY!

Morning Protein Shake | Batch Recipe

    For the dry mix:
  • 5 cups Keto meal shake
  • 1.25 cups ground flaxseed
  • 2.5 cups Swerve
  • 10 oz MCT powder
  • 3 tablespoons turmeric powder
  • Add in when blending:
  • 1/3 cup of the dry mix above
  • 1.5 cups Almond milk
  • Half frozen banana
  • Spoonful of nut butter of choice
  • 1 scoop Vital Proteins powder

  1. Prepare the dry mixture in a large container. You can keep this handy to grab a 1/3 scoop each morning!
  2. When making your shake, blend in dry mixture, almond milk, 1/2 a frozen banana, some nut butter and I add in a scoop of Vital Proteins and a handful of spinach.

Morning Protein Shake | Individual Serving

    For the dry mix:
  • 1/2 cup Keto meal shake
  • 2 scoops MCT powder
  • 1/4 TBSP (depending how sweet you like it) Swerve
  • 2 scoops collagen powder
  • 2 TBSP. Flax seed
  • 1 TSP Turmeric powder or 2 capsules
  • Add in when blending:
  • 1.5 cup almond milk
  • Almond butter (to taste)
  • 1/2 Frozen Banana

  1. Blend in dry mixture, almond milk, 1/2 a frozen banana, some nut butter and I add in a scoop of Vital Proteins and a handful of spinach.

Is Brad selling the powder already mixed? If so where would I purchase it?

This shake looks great. Can’t wait to try but have a quick question. Is the keto shake flavor vanilla or chocolate. In your jar at home it looked vanilla but pictured here it says chocolate. Thanks for clarifying.

5 cups of Keto Meal Shake and 2.5 cups of Swerve? These measurements cannot possibly be right??

That seems like a lot of “ sugar” , also is one container of Keto meal powder 5 cups or do you need two containers for the big batch?

Judy MacKinnon

Thanks Landyn

Keto meal is on sale on Thrive Market for 30% $50.39. Just an fyi

Hey girl! Amazing has for $44.13 + a 15% coupon.

Where can we find the glass canister you had your protein mix stored in on your Instagram story?🥰

How much of the MCT powder do you add?

10oz in weight measurement (the whole container) or in liquid measurement (1 1/4 cup) ? That can be a big difference so just making sure which measurement to use.

I think it’s the whole container..or I hope so because that is what I mixed in there.

How much of the Vital Proteins did you add? Thanks so much!

Thank you going on amazon to buy ingredients. ❤️❤️❤️

Amy Williams

Where did you find your container?

Could you mix the vital protein in the dry mix too????

Looks great! Do you have the macros for a daily serving?

When you say 1/3 scoop, how does that measure? I have so many “scoopers!” 😉 Thank you!

Landyn, what’s the purpose of the Swerve? It’s just sweetener…can this be skipped? Between the banana and the peanut butter it seems like this is a lot of sweet…

I made the big batch. DELISH. Only change to the main ingredients was to decrease the swerve to 1 cup. I also figured out that 1/3 cup scoop of the main ingredient list is roughly 150 calories. Not including the banana, almond milk and extra protein powder. This will certainly be my go to!

How much of the McT did you add I couldn’t figure out a good conversion

Just made a batch! Do you drink this as a meal replacement or “snack”? Thanks!

I made this and it is SO GOOD!! Thank you ☺️
Do you happen to the know the nutritional value in each scoop?

I’ve made the mix and I’m in love. Before I try to do math, do you know the macros on one serving?

What brand is the keto meal shake that you use?

Krista McDowell

What kind of almond milk do you add? Unflavored?

What kind of almond milk do you add? Unflavored?

Can you please tell me how much of each ingredient you would use if you were just making the shakes separately, instead of a batch? I just have some other product to use up before I make a batch of like this.

Samantha Johnson

Do you know what the measurements would be if you just made one shake at a time? Would it be one scoop of each item!

Molly R.

Maybe a silly question…but when you say 5 cups of the Keto meal shake, is that 5 actual measuring cup cups OR 5 of the measuring scoops that come in the tub of powder?

Ashley M

How long does a batch last you?

Do you have the nutritional breakdown of the shake? Would really appreciate!
Taste great, just concerned it is a lot of fat?

Ginger L.

Just made a big batch and tried the first shake 😋 oh goodness it’s so dang good!!!! Thanks again for all your great recommendations 💙
