- Ground Protein of Choice (I like ground turkey)
- Broccoli (Fresh or Frozen)
- Baby Cucumber
- Pickled Jalapeños
- Grape Tomatoes
- Brown Rice (Boxed or Frozen)
- Lemon Juice
- Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
- Brown your protein in seasoning of your choice.
- Steam broccoli.
- Mix tomatoes with olive oil and seasoning of choice. Roast in oven for 25 minutes at 425
- Cook brown rice.
- Once everything is cooked, combine ingredients into a bow with brown rice as the base. Top with lemon juice, Everything But the Bagel seasoning, and any other toppings of you desire. I like to use cucumber and pickled jalapeños!
