PROTEIN BOWLS

Ingredients

  • Ground Protein of Choice (I like ground turkey)
  • Broccoli (Fresh or Frozen)
  • Baby Cucumber
  • Pickled Jalapeños
  • Grape Tomatoes
  • Brown Rice (Boxed or Frozen)
  • Lemon Juice
  • Everything But the Bagel Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Brown your protein in seasoning of your choice.
  2. Steam broccoli.
  3. Mix tomatoes with olive oil and seasoning of choice. Roast in oven for 25 minutes at 425
  4. Cook brown rice.
  5. Once everything is cooked, combine ingredients into a bow with brown rice as the base. Top with lemon juice, Everything But the Bagel seasoning, and any other toppings of you desire. I like to use cucumber and pickled jalapeños!
  6. Enjoy!
