Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 6 oz. bone in short ribs
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 yellow onion, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup carrot, chopped
- 1/2 cup celer, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons tomato past
- 1 can (28oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup water or tomato juice
- Fresh basil, diced
Instructions
- 1. Combine all ingredients in crock pot on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
- 2. Remove the bones.
- 3. Serve over wide noodle OR spaghetti squash with crusty french bread...Yep, it's that easy!
