Baked Mozzarella Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 1 jar of marinara (about 3 cups)
  • 2 cups of baby spinach
  • 1 8 oz ball of mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to broil
  2. Slice baguette, brush with olive oil and place on a baking sheet in the over, cook until golden brown
  3. When removed from the oven cut your garlic and use the cut side of the garlic to rub over each slice of cooked bread
  4. In your small cast iron skillet, cook marinara sauce + baby spinach until the spinach is wilted, about medium high heat
  5. Cut mozzarealla into quarter inch sizes
  6. Remove skillet from burner and gently lay your mozzarella on top and then take your skillet, stick it into the oven, broil for about 5 - 7 minutes, be sure to keep your eye on it
  7. Enjoy!
