- 4 oz crumbled blue cheese
- 1 ripe pear, chopped
- honey for drizzle
- 1 pkg mini phyllo shells
- fresh thyme springs
- Fill each cup with blue cheese.
- Top with a few pieces of chopped pear.
- Drizzle with honey.
- Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until cheese starts to golden.
- Remove from oven and top with a few fresh thyme leaves.
