Ingredients
- Grilled Hullumi
- 3 - 8 oz blocks of Halloumi cheese
- olive oil for brushing each side
- Marinated Tomatoes
- 1/2 pound ripe cherry tomatoes quartered
- 1/2 red onion sliced thin
- salt + pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup GOOD extra virgin olive oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- fresh herbs - chopped (basil, rosemary, thyme, oregano)
Instructions
- Grill Hullumi - grill for about 3 minutes per side
- Marinated Tomatoes - let marinate in fridge a few hours, if not can be prepped the night before
