- 1 EGG WHITE
- 1 TBSP VANILLA
- 2 1/4 CUPS OF RAW PECANS
- 1/4 CUP OF WHITE SUGAR
- 1/4 CUP OF BROWN SUGAR
- 1/4 TSP OF SALT
- 1 1/2 TSP O CINNAMON
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 225
- PLACE PARCHMENT PAPER ON BAKING SHEET
- IN A BOWL, COMBINE EGG AND VANILLA. BEAT UNTIL FLUFFY
- FOLD IN THE PECANS UNTIL COATED EVENLY
- SPREAD THE MIXTURE ON TO BAKING SHEET
- COMBINE SUGAR, SALT AND CINNAMON INTO A SHAKER OR CUP WITH LID. DUST THE PECANS EVENLY WITH SUGAR MIXTURE.
- BAKE FOR 1 HOUR, TURNING ONCE. COOL ON PAN, STORE IN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER.
