Hey there! With Memorial Day right around the corner, I wanted to share some of my favorite & most delicious recipes from over the years. I know that planning out a menu, especially if you have people over, can be stressful. I find that these recipes leave people wanting seconds, as well as asking me for the recipe! Here are five fun & tasty recipes to serve this Memorial Day, and you know i’ll be doing the same. Xoxo, Landyn

Grilled Lemon Oysters:

Now, I know what you’re thinking – oysters? Trust me, you can never go wrong with these grilled lemon oysters. The lemon juice and white wine combo is a must. This is one of my favorite recipes because they always come out so fresh, and are a lighter option if you are serving more filling ones alongside it. Serve with some fresh bread and lemon juice to top it all off. You can find the recipe here.

TLC Ribs:

Now, let’s talk about ribs that will melt in your mouth – these TLC Ribs! TLC stands for “tender loving care,” and that’s precisely what these bad boys require. I love these ribs because they fall off the bone, and have a great blend of tang and spice. I love topping these with some extra bbq sauce. These are one of Steve’s all time favorite recipes to make in the summer, and there’s a good reason for it. You can find the recipe here

Grilled Sweet Corn:

Is it even summer without Grilled Sweet Corn? This recipe is a must-try for your Memorial Day get-together. I love this recipe because it’s the perfect amount of tender with a slight char from the grill. Corn is such a staple when it comes to summer meals, and this is one that will satisfy everyone. I like to brush the corn with melted butter, and then sprinkle some sea salt at the end. You can find the recipe here.

Smash Burgers:

Let’s be honest, who doesn’t love a good burger? Smash Burgers are one of my go-to’s in the summer. They are delicious & super easy to make. The thing I like about smash burgers are that they are thinner than your typical burger, leaving more room for the other goodies too. Top with your favorite condiments and serve on a toasted brioche bun, trust me. I also love to top my burger with my comeback sauce; you can find the recipe here.

Nashville Hot Wings:

If you’re l0okin’ for spice, add these wings to your Memorial Day spread. I love these wings because the ingredients are so simple. This recipe only consists of the wings, and the Nashville Hot Chicken rub from Spiceology. I love to serve these wings with some chilled ranch/blue cheese & celery for my guests. You can find the recipe here.
